Refund policy

Return Policy:

• Once the suit has been used in the water, we cannot accept it for return or exchange.
• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in original condition with tag and box in most cases. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Items must be returned in the original condition as received. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Items must be returned with tag and box. If not, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Tech Suit Return & Exchange Policy:

• Metro Swim Shop will allow technical suits to be returned or exchanged only if they are received back at our facility within 30 days of the customer’s order receipt date. Returns received beyond that date will not be accepted.
• Returned suits must be in original, unworn condition, with the suit box and hang tags attached. Suits not meeting these conditions will be refused for return or exchange.
• Technical suits may be exchanged for a different size or color within the same price range as the original order.
