Description
Finis Technique Training Belt
The Technique Training Belt is specifically designed to promote good stroke technique in all aspects of your swimming. The tool is constructed of two rubber cords, one for each arm, that are attached to a nylon hip belt. The cords provide resistance against the arms, forcing the swimmer to put their hands, arms, and body in the ideal swimming position. A soft neoprene ring at the end of each cord loops around the finger or thumb for a comfortable and secure attachment. In Backstroke, the Technique Training Belt helps prevent bent arms and crossing-over the head during the recovery phase. In Freestyle, the device encourages a proper acceleration through the pull phase, while increasing hip rotation. In Breaststroke, the device creates a wider and more powerful out-sweep with an accelerated in-sweep. In Butterfly, the Technique Training Belt facilities a straight-arm recovery while encouraging a proper acceleration through the catch and pull. The Technique Training Belt also improves push-offs and turns by forcing the swimmer to push off the wall into a tight streamline position right away. The Technique Training Belt is completely adjustable and is able to fit swimmers of all ages and abilities.
